PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart-lung machine safely and simply adjusting the blood flow rate. SOLUTION: This heart-lung machine executes an extracorporeal circulation by sending the blood to a reservoir via a blood removal line, sending the blood stored in the reservoir to an artificial lung by a blood sending pump via a blood line connecting the reservoir to the blood sending pump and a first blood sending line connecting the blood sending pump and the artificial lung, and sending the blood whose carbon dioxide is exchanged for oxygen in the artificial lung, to the outside via a second blood sending line. The heart-lung machine is provided with a blood removal regulator regulating the amount of the removal blood in the blood removal line, a blood sending regulator regulating the amount of the sending blood in the first blood sending line, and a blood removal regulator control part and a blood sending regulator control part for controlling the blood removal regulator and the blood sending regulator, respectively; and is characterized in that the blood removal regulator control part and the blood sending regulator control part are interlocked with a master/slave function.
