The mechanism has a damper retainer for receiving a spring brake, where the retainer is manufactured from a material containing dry-film lubricant. The retainer has elbow spring channels (6) arranged on an area of the wheel, in which an elbow spring (8) made of plastic is guided as the spring brake.
