PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of setting data to generate control signal which decreases quantity of hardware such as registers etc., by decreasing setting information through enabling a detailed setting for each individual control signal and setting the relation between signals at the same time can be made, and flexibly handling the timing required by external devices.
