PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a pile head joint section capable of easily and surely fitting a pile head to a pile head fitting cylinder body provided to a pre-cast slab and minimizing a loss part of the pre-cast slab. SOLUTION: The structure 1 of the pile head joint section has a penetration hole 51 in the direction of the thickness, at the same time, it comprises the pre-cast slab 5 formed by embedding the pile head fitting cylinder body 2 fitting a pile head thereto in the penetration hole 51, the pile head fitted to the pile head fitting cylinder body 2, and a solidifying material 4 filled in the penetration hole 51 and connecting between the pre-cast slab 5 and the pile head, and the pile head fitting cylinder body 2 is characterized in that both axial ends respectively open the pile head in a fittable manner.
