<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device that can be manufactured inexpensively and can secure quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the clutch device 10 of an automatic transmission, a piston 18 for forming a hydraulic chamber 52 along with a clutch drum 16 is provided at the outer periphery of the clutch drum 16 for supporting a friction engagement element 12, and a balancer 58 for forming a cancel chamber 60 along with the piston 18 is provided at the rear side opposite to the hydraulic chamber 52 of the piston 18. In the clutch device 10, a step section 26b is provided at an inner drum 26, a collar section 22b is provided at an input shaft 22 in which the inner drum 26 is joined, the inner drum 26 is joined to the input shaft 22 so that an oil reservoir 30 is formed between the step section 26b of the inner drum 26 and a collar section 22b in the input shaft 22, and an oil hole 68 for connecting the oil reservoir 30 and the cancel chamber 26 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
