PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-cost absolute angle detection rotary sensor for accurately detecting an absolute angle, and a bearing with a sensor using the same. SOLUTION: A radial rolling bearing comprises an outer ring 3, an inner ring 4, and rolling elements 5 disposed between the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 4. An inner diameter part of the outer ring 3 is provided with an eddy current sensor 9. An outer diameter part 6 of the inner ring 4 serves as a sensor target. The diameter part 6 is continuously formed eccentrically to a rotation center so that a space formed between the confronting outer and inner rings 3 and 4 is circumferentially different from each other. The sensor 9, confronting the sensor target formed on the diameter part 6 of the inner ring 4, outputs a sine-wave sensor signal showing an absolute angle corresponding to the turning of the outer ring 3.
