<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording medium which can prevent forgery from being committed and inhibit the deterioration of a reproduced hologram image once recorded for a long time, and its manufacturing method and an information holder which can easily and efficiently manufacture the hologram recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The information holder is formed of a laminate comprising three layers such as a reflective layer 12, a hologram recording layer 14 and a protective layer 16. The hologram recording medium is formed of a laminate having the reflective layer 12, the hologram recording layer 14 and the protective layer 16 laminated on a base material 24, imbedded in a recessed part 28 formed in a base material 26 through an adhesive layer 30.
