PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor structure which can abolish a sealing agent application process. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 21 and a stator 22 are accommodated in a casing 11. The leaf spring 21 is constituted of a ring 21a and a foot 21b which is extended deep into the casing 11 from the ring 21a. The outside diameter dimension 61 of the ring 21a is set to 26.5 mm with its upper limit tolerance -0.045 mm and with its lower limit tolerance -0.090 mm. The inner diameter dimension 62 of the casing 11 is set to 26.5 mm with its upper limit tolerance 0 mm and with its lower limit tolerance 0.04 mm. Hereby, the dimension 63 of a clearance formed between the ring 21a and the casing 11 is set to 0.005-0.090 mm, that is, to be 90μm or less, thereby constituting a filter 64 which blocks the passage of an intrusive object beyond 90μm in dimension.
