PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for supporting opinion integration which minimizes an operation regarding recording which a person should perform, progresses argument like the conventional conference, with less equipment to carry and does not depend on places of the conference, etc. SOLUTION: The system for supporting opinion integration is equipped with an individual image recording means (100) for picking up cards in which unique identification marks are given and opinions of participants are written as individual images one by one, an individual image association means (300) for extracting the identification marks from the individual images and associating the extracted identification marks with the individual images, a whole image recording means (200) for picking up a plane in which the plurality of cards are arranged as the whole image and a whole image association means (300) for detecting positions of the identification marks given to the plurality of cards from the whole image and associating the detected identification marks with the positions of identification marks.
