<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of accomplishing a project for accurately constructing an infrastructure system at low costs in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: The system construction guide system comprises a system construction guide server 2 registering work planning information for constructing a prescribed systems 3, and operator terminals 1 operated by operators who work for the systems 3 as work targets on the basis of the work planning information.
