<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital plate inspection ASP system that networks a plate inspection requester terminal for requesting digital plate inspection processing and a digital plate inspection ASP for executing digital plate inspection processing. <P>SOLUTION: The digital plate inspection ASP is accessible from the plate inspection requester terminal via a network. The digital plate inspection ASP comprises a file transfer server and a digital inspection apparatus. The file transfer server has an input data saving means for receiving first proof data and revised proof data from the plate inspection requester terminal to save them, and a processed data saving and sending means for acquiring processed data from the digital inspection apparatus to send them to the given plate inspection requester terminal. The digital inspection apparatus has a data acquisition and conversion means for acquiring the first proof data and revised proof data saved in the file transfer server to convert them into digital image data, and an image inspection and sending means for inspecting the converted digital image data and sending the result to the file transfer server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
