SLUDGE CONCENTRATION PART STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge concentration part structure wherein the sludge concentration efficiency is improved by preventing separated water impregnated in a honeycomb screen from returning to a sludge side of a concentration tank. SOLUTION: In the sludge concentration part structure, the honeycomb screen 17a is rotatably disposed in the concentration tank 16 to which flocked sludge 8 is supplied and from which concentrated sludge 12 is discharged. On the back surface of the honeycomb screen 17a, an air nozzle 24 is disposed in order to blow compressed air to the honeycomb screen 17a. On the surface of the honeycomb screen 17a, a trough 25 for receiving the separated water 18 discharged from the honeycomb screen 17a by the compressed air blown from an air header 24 to guide the water to the outside.
