PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an anti-theft property of a money processor even to a modus operandi using a tool such as a bar or metal-cutting scissors. SOLUTION: In this automatic vending machine, an inner side face of an outer door 20 is disposed with a cover member 46 openably/closably around a prescribed opening/closing shaft, and the money processors 30, 31 are disposed in positions covered by the cover member 46. The automatic vending machine is provided with an opening restriction means 60 restricting opening movement when performing the opening movement of the cover member 46 from a closing state in a normal state, moving the cover member 46 relatively to the outer door 20 along the opening/closing shaft, and allowing the opening movement when performing the opening movement of the cover member 46 from this state.
