PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of easily changing spray angle of fuel according to operation conditions of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with a first swirl adding passage 21 formed to connect to an injection hole of a fuel injection valve main body with extending in a tangential direction of a tip part outer circumference 5a of a needle valve 5, a second swirl adding passage 23 formed to connecting to an injection hole of the fuel injection valve main body with extending toward a center part 5c side of the needle valve 5 than the tangential direction of the tip part outer circumference 5a of the needle valve 5, a solenoid valve opening and closing the first fuel supply route including the first swirl adding passage 21, and a solenoid valve opening and closing the second fuel supply route including the second swirl adding passage 23. Spray angle of fuel injection is regulated by opening and closing the two solenoid valves respectively according to operation conditions of the internal combustion engine and circulating fuel to one or both of the first swirl adding passage 21 and the second swirl adding passage 23.
