<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL synthesizer that can not only obtain excellent characteristics while noise from a PLL-IC side hardly enters a VCO, but also suppress an increase in current consumption due to a temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: The PLL synthesizer 1 has a power terminal 1A, to which a PLL-IC is electrically connected through a 1st power terminal line 3 and the VCO6 is also electrically connected through a 2nd power line 5, wherein a PTC thermistor 8 is inserted into the 2nd power line 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
