<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for assisting a job hunter in securing of suitable jobs and, assisting a recruiter in securing suitable an employee. <P>SOLUTION: A recruiter prepares a long-term employment plan according to its management strategy and makes a recruiting advertisement by presenting the employment plan via a suitable job and person securing assisting server 70. The suitable job and person securing assisting server 70 determines whether there are specific job hunters adapted to the employment time and the kind of jobs in the long-term employment plan of the recruiter.
