PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent intrusion of a foreign matter such as insect or dust to an insect proof management section at the time of carrying a carry-in matter from an external non-insect prevention management section into the insect prevention management section within a facility by an automatic conveyor. SOLUTION: This facility comprises a pass box 5 having an inlet part A formed on the non-insect prevention management section 1 side, an outlet part E formed on the insect prevention management section 2 side, and openable and closable shutters 7 and 31 arranged in the inlet part A and the outlet part E. A front-stage air curtain part B for forming an air curtain to prevent intrusion of the foreign matter such as insect or dust from the non-insect prevention management section 1 and removing the foreign matter adhered to the carry-in matter M by the air 12 of the air curtain, an air shower part C for capturing the foreign matter such as insect or dust intruded through the front-stage air curtain part B by air shower, and a latter-stage air curtain part D for interrupting the foreign matter such as insect or duct captured by the air shower part C by an air curtain to prevent its intrusion to the insect prevention management section 2 are provided within the pass box 5.
