<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter manufacturing method by which, by simultaneous irradiation with a plurality of beams without using a photomask, in particular, roughness relative to a center line (edge roughness) can be reduced, formation with high definition is made possible, and low cost and excellent display properties are ensured. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter manufacturing method comprises: a photosensitive layer forming step of forming a photosensitive layer, on the surface of a base, comprising a photosensitive composition containing at least a binder, a polymerizable compound, a colorant and a photopolymerization initiator; an oxygen blocking layer forming step of forming an oxygen blocking layer on the surface of the photosensitive layer so that the photosensitive layer is located on the base side; an exposure step of exposing the photosensitive layer by irradiating the photosensitive layer with a plurality of beams simultaneously; and a developing step of developing the photosensitive layer exposed at the exposure step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
