<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller, in which a drying process in mass production can be omitted or shortened, contamination of other components will not occur, a polishing process is unnecessary, the surface has proper micro ruggedness and durability is superior and an image forming device having has such a conductive roller and can form proper images over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roller 1 is equipped with a shaft 2; an elastic layer 3 formed on the outer periphery of the shaft 2; a particulate-containing resin coating layer 4 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 3; and a protective layer 5 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the particulate-containing resin coating layer 4, wherein at least either of the particulate-containing resin coating layer 4 and the protective layer 5 contains an electron beam curing resin, and the image forming device is equipped with such conductive roller 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
