<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of performing a gap analysis between a log analysis as a transmission message analysis inside an organization and a questionnaire analysis. <P>SOLUTION: A difference (gap) of a recognition from a fact having assumed past and future by a questionnaire analysis and a log analysis result is computed. With what kind of a mental model the member of the organization performs activities by this analysis becomes possible to be grasped. At past and expectation in future time of "it has been so" and "wanting to be so" specified. The correction of subjective recognition by comparing it with the actualities, and an important guide when catching the content to which the gap is born can be investigated/shown. Further, by the advices when there is exchange of information currently expected/assumed between other organizations, the guide over management discretion seen from opportunity loss or influence of organization can be attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
