<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely collect consumables of a peripheral device used in a user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A collection service management server 4 at a maker side identifies personal information of a user corresponding to a user ID on the basis of consumables ending information and the user ID transmitted from the user terminal 2, and calculates a consumables collection scheduled date on the basis of the consumables ending information, and displays the personal information of the user and the consumables collection scheduled date on a collection service notice server 6 of a collection trader by transmitting them to the server 6 while displaying the consumables collection scheduled date to the user terminal 2 by transmitting it to the terminal 2. The collection trader suitably collects the consumables by visiting users on the consumables collection scheduled date while confirming the display on a monitor of the collection service notice server, and the collection of consumables can be surely collected by preventing misunderstanding between the collection trader and user since the collection of consumables can be awaited by effectively understanding the consumables collection scheduled date while confirming the display on a monitor of the user terminal at a user side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
