PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of reducing the load on a CPU (central processing unit) by effectively synchronizing processors to perform different image processing. SOLUTION: A control task part is disposed in at least one of a plurality of signal processing circuit controlling processors (6c-6f) to synchronize tasks executed in signal processing circuits among the plurality of signal processing circuits and terminate the tasks.
