PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable medical apparatus preventing diffusion of bacteria and dust floating in air in an examination room and a hospital room by eliminating forced exhaust when suppressing a temperature rise inside the apparatus. SOLUTION: This portable medical apparatus is provided with a rack 10 having suction ports 13 and 14 in the bottom part 10B and storing a circuit board part 106 generating heat along with an operation, an exhaust duct part 11 having an exhaust port 11B and provided in the upper part of the rack 10, an exhaust fan 12 sending the air in the rack 10 to the exhaust duct part 11 and collecting it in the exhaust port 11B, and a heat radiating tube 16 cooling the air collected in the exhaust port 11B, guiding it to an opening part 10D near the suction port 13 and releasing it inside the rack 10.
