PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soluble cyclodextrin composition having low hemolysis. SOLUTION: This cyclodextrin composition contains cyclodextrins,β- cyclodextrin derivative or glucosyl-α-cyclodextrin and/or maltosyl-α-cyclodextrin. A blend ratio of cyclosporine, etc., toβ-cyclodextrin derivative is 0.1:99.9 to 90:10, preferably 1:99 to 20:80 and a blend ratio of sycosporine, etc., to a cyclodextrin derivative is 0.1:99.9 to 90:10, preferably 1:99 to 50:50. The composition containing theβ-cyclodextrin derivative is especially preferably used as an oral agent and the composition containing theα-cyclodextrin derivative is especially preferably used as inhalation, instillation and nasal drop. The composition exhibits usefulness to suppression of rejection symptoms in transplantation of organs, autoimmune diseases and inflammatory state, rheumatisms, respiratory diseases, helminthic action, decalvant action, etc.
