<p>A method of manufacturing a fiber product capable of manufacturing fresh fiber products, comprising the steps of preparing a multi-layer fiber fabric (1), and beating the surface of the multi-layer fiber fabric (1) until it is triturated to form granular projections on the surface thereof. The trituration by beating can be performed by disposing a steel plate (3) on the rear surface of the fabric (1) and projecting a large number of steel ball particles (5) on the surface of the steel plate through a mask (2). A star-shaped opening (4) is formed in the mask (2), and the particles (5) passed through the opening (4) are projected onto the surface of the fabric (1). As a result, since the granular projections in a star shape are formed on the surface of the fabric (1), a star-shaped design (6) can be formed on the surface of the fabric.</p> |
