<p>The surface cleaning device uses a cleaning cloth transported from a storage shaft (22) to a winding shaft (24) for dirty cleaning cloth. The cloth is pressed by a rubber bar against the surface to be cleaned. There is a drive to rotate the winding shaft. Freewheel bearings (28) are fitted to the ends of the winding shaft. The piston rods (36) of an adjusting cylinder (38) engaged with the outer rings (30) of these bearings, so that the winding shaft is turned in winding direction as the piston rod moves out, but stays in place on the return stroke, due to the freewheel effect.</p> |
