Forced-ventilation shoe comprising a midsole or insole provided with a plurality of through-holes, resilient support means arranged between the outsole and the midsole or insole apt to form an air chamber between said elements, and means for occluding said holes, apt to close off individually the holes themselves during pressing of the foot on t he insole. Preferably the occluding means consist of a plurality of reliefs projecting from the upper surface of the outsole and matching sai d holes.
