FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely constructions of radial swaging machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: in housing of machine four-striker swaging unit is mounted in the form of four kinematically joined one to other holders of strikers with inclined surfaces. Two holders have -shaped contour, they embrace two other holders of strikers, arranged horizontally and joined with two sliders. The last are mounted with possibility of simultaneous reciprocation motion with the aid of common drive. Said drive is in the form of two crank mechanisms mounted horizontally and symmetrically relative to swaging unit. Strikers are secured to Said holders. Machine also includes devices for controlling position of strikers and for protecting drive members against overloads. Said devices are in the form of movable supports joined with crank mechanisms, screw pair, hydraulic cylinders and gear transmissions with electric drive. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced operational reliability and efficiency of machine, simplified design of its drive unit. ^ 3 dwg |
