FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying through rectum draining via discharge end of two-barrel sigmostoma with two-lumen flexible probe. Distal portion of the probe is fixed with separate suture to skin in perianal region. Obturating balloon is inflated in proximal probe part. Then, mechanical intestine washing is carried out with aqueous antiseptic solution flow introduced into the proximal probe part. Washing water becoming clear, the second treatment stage takes place. The antiseptic solutions are introduced into the proximal probe end in dosed mode and dosed content removal is carried out using vacuum device connected to the distal probe part in rarefaction mode at 20 mm of water column. ^ EFFECT: avoided complications development. |
