FIELD: tire industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, tire contains carcass structure with one layer of carcass connected with pair of ring reinforcements designed for mating mounting rim. Each ring reinforcement contains one bead core and ring member. When implementing the method, one layer of carcass is turned onto one of ring members. Method contains the following steps: first one semifinished part is delivered to drum, one separator is installed in position reliability outside relative to one semifinished part, one layer carcass is delivered to drum to be set in radially outside position relative to one separator. Then ring members are set in position radially outside relative to carcass with wrapping of carcass layer around ring members. Then one separator is removed bead cores are fitted, breaker structure is placed on carcass structure in radially out side position and tread band is placed on breaker structure in radially outside position. Then forming of tire is bone to provide toroidal shape. Invention provides description of method of making of drum for manufacture of vehicle tires. ^ EFFECT: provision of high quality tires. ^ 25 cl, 19 dwg |
