PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation bearing structure of a pile enabling the height position of the pile head of the pile driven in a ground to be easily set to a height position suitable for bearing a foundation and also enabling a side projection part for bearing the foundation to be easily positioned at a height position suitable for bearing the foundation. SOLUTION: A pile head member 5 is threaded to a screw part 3a formed at the top part of the pile 2 so that its position can be vertically adjusted, and the foundation 1 is pivotally supported on the pile head member 5. When the pile 2 is driven in the ground at a position eccentric, beyond an allowable range, from the center of the foundation, the pile head member 5 used must comprise the side projection part 9 projected to the center side of the foundation and bearing the foundation 1.
