Permanent marking (A), for marking on the painted surfaces, comprises combining a fluorescent substance with a lacquer and forming the marking, where the marking is invisible in daylight and becomes visible by irradiation with UV light. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an agent for applying (A), on painted surface, comprising a fluorescent solution, in which the fluorescent substance is dissolved in a solvent (nitro diluent and acetone); and (2) a kit, for applying (A), comprising a fillable pencil, a template with punching in form of the desired marking and the agent.
