SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of making a domain authentication terminal 60A perform the authentication of a content of a use object delivered from a broadcast station 10 or a server 20 through a broadcast wave 11 or the Internet 21 based on the collation of a domain added to the content to regulate a specified range for permitting the use of the content with a domain where the content is actually used; and permitting a user terminal 50A1or the like to use the content only when the authentication result in the domain authentication terminal 60A is matched.
