PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for measuring the level of interest of a specific viewer in contents and the level of interest of viewers in specific contents, based on movement of the eye ball of a contents viewer. SOLUTION: A terminal device 20 investigates viewing state of contents by viewers and movement of the eye ball of the viewers, and transmits the investigation result to an interest level measuring device 10. The interest level measuring device 10 analyzes a blink analyzing device 13, reaction time analyzing device 14, saccade analyzing device 15 and visual line deviation analyzing device 16 analyze, based on the information from the terminal device 20, the number of blinking times, reactive time, speed and duration of saccade, positional deviation of visual line, or the like, respectively. An interest level calculation device 11 calculates the level of interest of the viewer in contents, with respective analyzing results as calculation elements.
