PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent electroacoustic transducer for preventing reduction of a spring pressure of a terminal so as to realize stable signal supply to a speaker and to provide electronic equipment employing the same. SOLUTION: Since a stopper 29a receives an impact force at nearly its right-angled shape by configuring the stopper 29a of the terminal 30 in a controllable way of a folding range of the terminal 30 through the extension of at least part of the end of a protector 29, the stopper 29a has a strong shock immunity so as to strengthen the stopper 29a against an external force so that the terminal is configured to maintain a strong spring pressure at all times without exceeding a reversible limit to the spring pressure of the metallic terminal of the terminal.
