PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inconveniences in which a clip 42 is pulled out of a temperature sensor 40 from an evaporator 30 by a cooler unit. SOLUTION: The cooler unit comprises a buffer member 20 for suppressing the conduction of vibration from the evaporator 30 to a unit casing 10 in the unit casing 10; a temperature sensor 40 that has a sensor cable 44 held between a front side casing 12a and a rear side casing 12b and detects the temperature of the evaporator 30. The cooler unit has a foamed member 50 that is arranged in the unit casing 10 and is elastically deformed following the movement of the sensor cable 44. Therefore, even if the temperature sensor 40 and hence the sensor cable 44 are vibrated since the evaporator 30 is relatively vibrated to the unit casing 10, the foamed member 50 is elastically deformed following the movement of the sensor cable 44.
