PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing panel installing structure easily installable by avoiding these, and improving the sound absorbing effect, even if there are a luminaire and a pipe on the ceiling and a side wall. SOLUTION: A plurality of sound absorbing panels 1 are supported by a support member 2, and this support member 2 is suspended on the ceiling 4 by a suspending tool 3. The sound absorbing panels 1 are constituted by incorporating, for example, a sound absorbing material such as glass wool into a metallic punching plate of forming a large number of holes on at least both surfaces. The plurality of sound absorbing panels 1 are vertically arranged (in a state where the sound absorbing panels 1 form a substantially 90 angle to the ceiling 4) to the ceiling 4 at equal intervals in the predetermined direction.
