PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering prevention toilet such as urine and excrement capable of eliminating such a problem that dirt on a floor stained around a toilet caused by a water-drop by simply preventing the rebound of the water-drop caused by urine and excrement dropped into a puddle section. SOLUTION: The scattering prevention toilet such as urine and excrement is so constituted that a plurality of projections 3 are provided to a curved dry surface 1d and an inclined plane 1e consisting of an opening section S under the water of the puddle section 1c inside of a toilet body 1a so as to be introvert each other and that a spherical floating body 2 is provided on the upper part of the projections 3.
