<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steam-sterilized packaging container with barrier properties which is easily unsealed and environment-friendly in the service while the number of manufacturing steps is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the steam-sterilized packaging container which is transparent, and has barrier properties and light-shielding properties in which an inner face 31a of an edge of a returning piece 31 in the transverse and longitudinal directions of a bag-shaped container body 3 consisting of a recess 35 is sealed to a back side of a lid material 2, the content 40 is filled in the recess 35, and an outwardly folded sterile paper 10 is held between a back side 20a of the lid material and the inner face 31a of the edge of the returning piece 31 in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped container body, and partly sealed by the edge of the returning piece 31 on the inner side of an inner end side 10b of the sterile paper 10. After the packaging container with the barrier properties which is partly sealed and steam-sterilizable is steam-sterilized, the inner side of the partly sealed part is completely sealed, and the sterile paper 10 is detached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
