<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing system whereby a person in charge can grasp repair requests accepted by a reception center nearly in real time without increasing the communication charge and a load imposed on the person in charge. <P>SOLUTION: The repairing system is configured to include: a computer provided with a connection means which receives repair orders received from customers and connects to the Internet; and a mobile phone provided with a connection means which connects to the Internet, when the operator of a reception office (2) receives a repair contact (1) from the customer, the operator inputs the information to the computer as the repair order.
