PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mobile communication method and the mobile communication system which are applicable to a multimedia environment and suitable for transmission of various types of data. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication method for communicating between a plurality of mobile terminals and a network, a personal identifier for identification is preliminarily assigned to the mobile terminals and the network tentatively assigns a tentative identifier as the identifier to the mobile terminals in the network. The network and the mobile terminals keep the personal identifier and the tentative identifier. The network detects discordance between the tentative identifier kept by oneself and the tentative identifier kept by the mobile terminal, and re-assigns the tentative identifier to the mobile terminal for which the discordance is detected.
