PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability at the time of data transmission to an external apparatus connected with a network. SOLUTION: A control section controls a data transmitting/receiving section to transmit electronic data read out at an image reading section to a destination address read out through a card reader (S2, S8) while affixing a source address read out from a personal card through the card reader (S4, S7).
