For providing a damping system to supply good sound characteristics of a speaker, the damping system includes an inner panel, a speaker and a damping device. The inner panel is vibrated by the speaker. The inner panel is provided on a surface thereof with a mounting portion of the damping device. The damping device has an elastic member and a mass. The elastic member is mounted at the mounting portion. The mass is mounted on the elastic member. When the mass vibrates against the elastic member, natural frequency of the damping device is equal to natural frequency of the mounting portion.
