PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of being suppressed in "warpage" or "blistering" and having sufficient heat resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by bonding decorative papers 12 on both upper and under surfaces of a woody base material 11 using a reactive hot melt adhesive 13 and the coating amount of the reactive hot melt adhesive (PUR) to the wood base material is preferably 10-100 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
