摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method using robots by which machining time can be minimized, and also, machining efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: Automatic machining is executed by respectively carrying in/out two machining frames 2a, 2b, in which workpieces 1a-1h are set at four corners of each frame one by one, with a transfer robot 6 to/from two serially arranged machining zones 3, 5, where a plurality of machining robots 4a-4f are oppositely arranged in pairs, so as to execute simultaneous machining with all the machining robots in the machining method. While workpieces set at four corners of a first machining frame 2a are respectively machined by using four machining robots 4a-4d in a first machining zone 3, a second machining frame 2b is set to a second machining zone 5 and machining of the workpiece on the side remote from the first machining zone 3 is started. After the end of the machining of the workpieces mounted to the first machining frame 2a in the first machining zone 3, a pair of the machining robots 4c-4d of the first machining frame 2a is immediately transferred for the machining of the workpieces of the second machining frame 2b, and also, machining is started in the first machining zone 3 by replacing the already machined products of the first machining frame 2a with un-machined products.
