<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing system for executing a predetermined processing for a paper document of a fixed form or non-fixed form and detecting the position of a dot printed on the paper document more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The document processing system according to the present invention has a plurality of regions printed with an encoded information including an encoded paper ID encoding a paper ID for identifying a paper document, and performs processing to a paper document of which the encoded information contains an encoded coordinate information encoding a coordinate information indicative of a position of a region in the paper document. The system comprises a printing means for printing the encoded paper ID, the encoded coordinate information, and a frame of the rectangle region on the paper document using dots, a blurred dot detecting means for detecting a degree of dot blur, and a parameter detecting means for detecting a parameter for detecting a writing position in the paper document, using a coordinate of a dot with a smaller degree of dot blur and near a blurred dot having the largest degree out of the degree of dot blur for dots at four corners detected by the blurred dot detecting means and a coordinate of a dot other than the blurred dot detected by a corner detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
