PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil blade for dispersing paper material on a moving wire to orient the fibers in longitudinal and lateral directions and form a paper having excellent texture, smoothness and strength. SOLUTION: The dimple foil blade for dehydrating the paper material in a forming part of a paper machine has a plurality of randomly arranged non-penetrating dimples on the blade face contacting with the paper making wire in a manner staggering the center points of the dimples.
