PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently connect an optical fiber to an optical sheet bus. SOLUTION: This injection mold has a cavity C formed in the shape of the optical sheet bus 10 and insertion holes 51A, 51B, 52A and 52B communicating with the cavity C and the insertion holes 51A, 51B, 52A and 52B are formed of the groove 51 of a fixed mold 31 and the groove 52 of a movable mold 32. The cross-sectional shapes of the insertion holes 51A and 52A being parts for holding the optical fiber 20 among the insertion holes 51A, 51B, 52A and 52B are set so that the diameter of the inscribed maximum circle is smaller than that of the optical fiber 20 and the cross section of each of the insertion holes 51A and 52A is made larger than that of the optical fiber 20.
