PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level detector for reducing a cost by sharing a printing plate of a fixed electrode forming a sliding path. SOLUTION: This liquid level detector is equipped on an insulating substrate 2 with the fixed electrode 3 equipped with a plurality of leads 3a on which slide contacts 6 and 7 slide owing to liquid level fluctuation, a resistor 4 connected to the plurality of leads 3a, and at least two connection parts 10 and 11 for together connecting the fixed electrode 3 and a first connection land 8. The fixed electrode 3 with the plurality of leads 3a is cut and divided so as to cause the plurality of leads 3a to be independent of each other while providing cutoff parts 12 and 15 on one of the two connection parts 10 and 11.
