<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energization control circuit for a linear motor wherein radiation noise and power consumption can be reduced, without increasing cost and upsizing the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the energization control circuit for the linear motor, a smoothing circuit 5 including magnetically connected inductances L1, L2 and capacitor C2 is provided between output terminals 4a, 4b connecting a switch circuit 1 which generates a PWM pulse by alternatively turning on/off controlling two switching elements S1, S2 and a load 6, and regenerative diodes D5, D6 are connected in parallel with the switching elements S1, S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
